17 April 2025 – Sophista is proud to announce that it has joined the leading European M&A network euroMerger. This strategic move strengthens Sophista’s position and offers new opportunities for international collaboration. EuroMerger is a European network of 24 independent M&A firms spread across 16 countries, collectively operating to facilitate cross-border transactions. The network consists of 100+ professionals and provides access to local market knowledge and a wide range of potential strategic and financial buyers, enabling members to optimally support their clients in international transactions. In the Netherlands, Florijnz and Groenewegen & Lukaart are already members of this network. Together with these firms, Sophista forms euroMerger Holland.
