Hoofddorp, October 2024 – Sophista mergers and acquisitions, an experienced player in the field of mergers, acquisitions and business succession, is expanding with a second office in Hoofddorp. Sophista advises both family businesses and international companies on strategic acquisition and succession issues. A key aspect of their approach is complete support and guidance throughout the M&A process; every transaction is unique and requires a tailored approach. The branch in Hoofddorp offers new opportunities to support entrepreneurs in the bustling Haarlemmermeer region. “The economic dynamics in this region are growing rapidly, and we see many opportunities here to use our expertise,” says Pieter van den Berg, founder of Sophista. “Remarkably, Haarlemmermeer lacks a specialized corporate finance firm that focuses specifically on the family business and combines that with international experience.
